Role:

We're looking for an ambitious, people centric, culture champion to join our growing People & Culture team! Reporting to the Director of People Operations and working alongside a team of peers, the People & Culture Coordinator will play a key role in building and supporting an incredible employee experience. This role will build meaningful relationships across Stamped and within our portfolio of companies and be able to own a broad range of initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to an empathetic, people centric, People and Culture team passionate about creating a leading employee experience
  • Deliver an amazing onboarding experience for new team members including pre boarding paperwork, systems set up and communication
  • Support team members with benefits enrolment, changes and updates
  • Own employee records in our HRIS (BambooHR) ensuring a high level of data integrity
  • Work with Finance and Operations teams to provide people data and reports
  • Contribute to our Culture Crew on initiatives that strengthen our sense of community
  • Support the team in coordinating team meetings and occasional in person events
  • Draft documentation such as employment letters, contracts etc.
  • Partner with the People and Culture team on ad hoc projects


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in records administration, office management or similar role. Bonus points if you’ve worked in a scaling tech company. 
  • High need for accuracy. You double, triple, quadruple check everything!
  • Strong multi-tasker. You can juggle shifting priorities with ease.
  • Love a challenge. No fear in doing things for the first time or figuring things out as you go!
  • Tenacious towards your goals. You have a natural ability to get things done.
  • People are your jam! You’re passionate about creating a fantastic culture and employee experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information. You have great judgment and know when to use discretion.
